What currency are your prices in?
The prices are in CAD (Canadian dollars). Please note that we do not deliver our products to the United States or Europe and the prices you see are in CAD, not USD.
Why am I not getting your emails/payment instructions?
Sometimes our emails will go to your SPAM/JUNK folder. If they do, please put our email address on your "safe list". If you don't hear from us in 12 hours, email us at [email protected]
Where do you ship?
Canada ONLY. There are no exceptions. We do NOT ship to US, EU, anywhere else. We're a proudly Canadian business, serving the Canadian bodybuilding community only.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Canada. No customs involved, no hassle, no risks. We do not have any international warehouses and none of the products leave Canada once you place your order.
How do you accept payment?

What type of mail do you use and how much do you charge for shipping?
$25 flat rate Canada Post Xpress (1-3 business days).
$50 flat rate Canada Post Priority (next business day to major cities, 2 business days elsewhere).
FREE flat rate Canada Post Xpress on ALL orders over $400.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, you can set a PO box as the address. In case we have any questions regarding the delivery location, we will contact you. It's not uncommon, however, so you can set a PO box as your pick-up point freely.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number. You can check your order shipping status at canadapost.ca. Please note that we are not responsible for the delays that may arise on the Canada Post's side: for example, a strike. We will warn you in case we are aware, though, and recommend the best way to approach the situation.
Why is my tracking number not showing online?
It might be not registered in the system yet. The tracking number appears online 3-5 hours after the package was dropped off. Give it 5-6 hours or so just in case, and if you still do not see it, please contact us. Please specify that you have waited for the recommended amount of time so we can prioritize your request and make sure everything is OK ASAP.
What if Canada Post looses my package?
If canadapost marks the package "delivered", we consider it as delivered. There is no way for us to verify whether they actually lost and marked as "delivered" by mistake, or not. Statistically speaking, a lost package is an extremely rare occurrence. As a rough estimate, we can say that Canada Post had lost 1-2 packages for every 1000 of orders we have shipped this year. It's an unlikely situation but in case it happens to you — please do not hesitate to get in touch and explain all the details. We'll do our best to verify a lost package and will try to come up with a solution.
Is there a risk of seizure?
No, a seizure is not a legitimate possibility. All mail shipped within Canada does not go through customs, therefore — domestic mail cannot be seized. Moreover, by federal law, domestic mail can only be opened by the receiver.
By mistake I gave you a wrong mailing address. What happens now?
If you provided us with a wrong or incomplete mailing address, we will not be able to retrieve your package. Simple as that. Please double-check your mailing address before ordering. We can not be responsible for your mistakes. If the package is sent back to sender, we can consider it lost.
Is signature required on delivery?
No, by default — your signature is not requited. Unless you request it specifically (which is an option), there's no need to sign anything. Just get your package, make sure everything is as ordered, and enjoy your next cycle with top-quality gear.
What is your Turnaround time?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days after clearing payment. Please note: we don't ship on weekends. In case of dragging and delays, statistically — it's most likely related to payment processing or the weekend. On business days you will receive your track number as soon as we can process it.
Do You Have Labtests For Your Products?
Yes, please check the Lab Tests page for the latest Janoshik Lab reports. Note that currently, most of our listed products are lab tested by independent laboratories. Pay attention to the green "Lab Tested" icon on the product in our store: it means yiou can check the results for this product's independent quality control.
What if I need to return an item?
Unfortunately, you cannot return a product with Muscle Gear. We can't accept any returns, because we don't have mailing address in Canada. We put our best efforts into verifying the quality and the purity of our products and stress-free, rapid delivery, so return requests are an extremely rare occurance. Please email us if you believe your situation is unique and we'll try to help you.
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely not, Muscle Gear is a strictly online store. There is no way to get in touch in person, pick up your order from the office or from a warehouse. We make sure you get a quick delivery from the start, anywhere in Canada, so there is no need to have a brick-and-mortar location.
Is there a minimum order?
No, our store has no minimum amount for the order. You can order something for $40 (CAD), apply a discount code, and check out with your order of $20, and we eill treat it with the same attention as a five-figure bulk order would get.
Is there a discount on bulk orders?
Of course. We can always work out a good deal for you. Get in touch and make it clear that you are interested in a bulk order from the start.
Can you get product X? I don't see it on your web site.
If it's not listed, we don't carry it. We do not carry a lot of products because our current line-up is selected & maintained manually. We do not work with new suppliers as soon as someone appears on the stage, and we do not believe in trendy supplement formulations.
Can I ask you for cycle advice?
Absolutely! We're here to help you reach your fitness goals. Ask our professional consultant via live chat or email. Another great option is to use the Telegram Chat. Please note that we, as a 10-year+ business and a leader in the anabolic steroids market in Canada, have our share of malicious actors that may try to resemble Muscle Gear. We never DM people first (unless it's an email with your track number).
Are Your Products Safe?
