Drug interactions

Use of zopiclone with central depressants and alcohol will result to further depression of the nervous system. This can eventually lead to death or prolonged coma. 

Over-dosage 

Depression of the central nervous systems in varying degrees is the main effect witnessed following over-dosage of zopiclone. For people who are not able to maintain normal breathing patterns on their own, medical attention has to be sought with immediate effect.
